Last year I had the good fortune of working with the brilliant team at Trollback+Co on their brand refresh for Fox Entertainment. Building on their previous work for Fox, the team set out the goal of evolving the brand further by breaking it to create something new.
Pushing their abstract geometric logo further, we began playing with the shapes: breaking them down further, overlapping the elements, and seeing where they could interact. By creating a system made up of these smaller abstractions, the compositions could always seamlessly resolve into the Fox logo. This resulted in playful eureka-like moments where the logo could be revealed.
