Nomadic is a start-up that is, essentially, a mobile clothing company. The company needed a logo that would be iconic, recognizable and bold in dense visual spaces such as city streets. Another challenge was to suggest not only the movement of the truck, but also the multiple destinations / directions the truck would be going.
The solution articulates this idea of movement in multiple directions, while simultaneously forming an N with the negative space. The colors enable the logo to be visible from a distance, while the form is straightforward yet unique.
Apart from an identity system, the company needed a vinyl wrap for its truck. The focus of the wrap was to accurately represent the fun, chaotic and crazy feel of the truck while simultaneously getting as much attention as possible.
